I think the biggest challenge in AI is to make machines having human like feelings

The biggest question is how to make AI moral. Please see my web pages and my two free books at stores.lulu.com/khtervola for thoughts which seek to help in that. They might also help in the question of building ai with feelings.
If an ai is a goal oriented machine, it has to optimise its behaviour somehow toward the goal. So my optimisation based moral might suit it well: just another module (=information) to add to any ai to make it moral.
